Resto Shaman for PVE

with this spec you will get alot of mana regen with nice heal crit.
I recommend u to equip mana regen sockets on color matching sockets.
bring mana pots and don't forget to use Mana Tidal totem, when you dont have pot CDs.
Replace Water shield every 15 sec.

In pve u must spam chain heal and u don't have to get aggro. I think this is the best build.

my Build is for mana regen and high crits yours is for full heal.

Right xD but I mean that ur build is more for pvp for shocks, mana reg, criticals & some lighting bolts xD
